ViEWING BY APPOINTMENT

We have a workshop in Oxfordshire (OX14) which you are more than welcome to come visit if you would like to see any of the pieces. Contact us on hello@hameinteriors.co.uk if you would like to arrange a visit.

Collection is free from our workshop in Oxfordshire (OX14).

For deliveries, we use a professional courier service.

This is a standard one-man, ground floor service. There is an additional charge for any deliveries requiring stairs or a two-man service (please let us know in advance if you require this).

Once you have purchased an item and entered your shipping details, we will pass your details onto our driver who will then contact you directly to arrange a suitable date/time for delivery.

DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND (EXTRA LARGE FURNITURE) - £90

For deliveries outside of mainland UK, including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, please contact us first and we can arrange a quote.

Shipping & COLLECTION

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Please check the item dimensions before ordering to ensure it’s suitable for its intended space.

If the item does not fit and you have to return it, you will have to cover the cost of the return delivery.

We aim to deliver all items within 14 days, however there will occasionally be some exceptions to this (for example, if we are on holiday or delivery is to a particularly remote location).

Once your order has been received we will contact you to advise you on when you can expect delivery.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All our items are sold in vintage / antique condition, and in many cases have been restored, so please expect some imperfections.

We try to describe each item in as much detail as possible, including any dinks / scratches / age-related marks, and more images or videos can be provided on request.

In the event that you do want to return an item, we will refund you in full minus the cost of delivery. All returns will be considered on a case by case basis and must be requested within seven days of receipt, in writing. We reserve the right to deny a return if we do not think it is within reason.

Please note that if you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the cost of delivery. A refund will only be issued on receipt of the returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We use professional wrapping materials to protect all items during shipment and only work with couriers who use protective blankets and straps.

If an item does get damaged during shipment, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving item so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
