A Cotswolds School oak sideboard by Gordon Russell of Broadway, c1940s.
Made from solid oak and oak veneer, this beautiful piece has four central drawers flanked by two spacious side cupboards with removable shelves. Other features include vertical handles and chamfered legs, typical of the Cotswold School style.
In good condition, it’s been hand stripped and refinished. There are a few small patches of veneer loss on the front-left door and on top, which we’ve reflected in the price.
