A delightful 1940s glass-fronted oak cabinet, made in Stranraer, Scotland.

Made from solid oak, this cabinet was hand-crafted by a German prisoner of war for a local farmer’s wife. It remained in the family until very recently.

Compact in size, it offers a decent amount of storage space, with two removable shelves (although these are quite difficult to move due to their snug fit). Both doors are lockable and come with the original keys.

In good condition, it has been stripped, cleaned and oiled to reveal the golden oak tones.

Dimensions:

88.5cm H

118cm W
